Role Description:


  • Create Machine and Tray Bill of Materials (BoM), Execute the Production Release and End of Production of Top Level Assemblies, Machines, Trays as per First Article Inspection and Product Lifecycle information defined and validated by stakeholders.

  • Lead execution of Engineering changes via Oracle Agile : Manage requests for engineering changes, including but not limited to Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Manufacturing Change Order (MCO), Exception Release Change (XRC) working with engineering, operations, quality and compliance

  • Support Server builds with Thermal, Power and Networking Bandwidth Calculations models, Confirm Upgrade Kits, Battery and Rectifier analysis

  • Validate the Bill of Materials in line with published Build Plan

  • Support resolution of issues that impede the machine deployment in datacenter

  • Facilitate any necessary training and knowledge transfer for new joiners

  • Partner with Client team to ensure communication of results and resolve customer escalations

  • Conduct root cause analyses and align service delivery towards improving overall business metrics


    • Required:


  • Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical/Systems Engineering

  • Min 3 years experience in Engineering/PLM/Manufacturing and related areas

  • Min 3 years experience in PLM in High tech

  • Proficiency with Oracle Agile or equivalent

  • Strong Analytical skills, Project Management experience.

  • Self-starter, and driver. Excellent communications skills in both English and Mandarin.

  • Proficiency with SQL and BigQuery

  • Advanced skills in use of spreadsheets /Excel

  • Proficiency in Mechanical 3D Modelling in PTC Creo

  • Strong background in KPI Dashboards development and automation and information systems management

  • Strong understanding of end to end product supply chain

  • Experience with Oracle Agile PLM with exposure to PC, PQM, PPM
