Project Coordination & Execution

• Support planning, execution, and handover stages of MEP construction works.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely achievement of MEP milestones.
• Monitor project schedules, identify risks or delays, and report updates to the project manager and stakeholders.
  
  

Technical & Design Coordination

• Collaborate with consultants to review design drawings, specifications, and technical documents for MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, plumbing, and other critical infrastructure.
• Participate in coordination meetings to resolve design or technical issues.
• Assist in ensuring proper testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems, including support during IST (Integrated Systems Testing).
  
  

Contract & Cost Support

• Support the evaluation of MEP construction methods and materials for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in monitoring budget usage, tracking variations, and preparing progress and cost reports.
  
  

Stakeholder & Contractor Support

• Maintain effective working relationships with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Support discussions with local teams and customers on MEP progress and challenges.
  
  

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all MEP construction activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Support adherence to permitting requirements and coordinate documentation for local authority approvals.
  
  

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

• Conduct inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and promote best practices within the project team.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in MEP or construction engineering; experience in data center construction is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical power systems, fire protection, and plumbing.
• Familiarity with local authority approval processes and MEP testing & commissioning procedures.
• Experience with IST or critical infrastructure commissioning is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
• Proficient in project management tools, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
