Job Responsibility
- Proficient in deciphering property design drawings and plans
- Ability to work independently and in a team, under tight deadlines and stressful conditions
- Strong project planning and supervising skills
- Flexibility to travel to different project sites may be required depending on company projects
- Preparedness to adhere to employer's requirements, including occasional evening or weekend work for special events or urgent tasks
- Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Construction Management, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Required skills: Site Supervision, Construction Management, Project Planning, Leadership, Problem-solving, Communication, Coordination, Supervisory Skills
- At least 5 years of on-site working experience in the construction industry
- Good oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Pleasant personality, independence, smart-working, and strong communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Adaptability to changing priorities and schedules
- Good physical condition
- Strong probability and decision-making skills
- Must possess valid CIDB Green Card
