We invite applications from qualifying candidates to be part of the growing team in this region. Analysts will play a key role in ensuring the consistency, quality and timely delivery of data that powers our products. The Analysts will be part of a dynamic team working with colleagues across multiple locations and experience a truly multi-national culture Required Day to Day Responsibilities
  • Provide clients with ESG Data relating to companies for Global Markets, researching on the documents relating to the company and collect the Environmental and Social data from the sourced documents
  • Take responsibility for data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness
  • Ensure timely and complete resolution of queries from internal and external clients
  • Support new projects to create and maintain content
  • Work effectively within teams or by yourself, be proactive to identify and resolve problems
  • Liaise with Data Operations, Customers and third party suppliers
  • Support continuous improvement of the process by sharing observations and feedback on the process
  • Use appropriate language skills to understand and source financial information
  • Use language skills to build relationships with overseas market contacts
  • Document policies, procedures and work processes
  • Adhere to current data policies and procedures
  • Backup other analysts in the team during their absence
Required Skills (Must Have)
  • High proficiency in the English and Mandarin language. Daily tasks will be conducted in these languages
  • Knowledge in different ESG data and products is a plus
  • Understanding of Financial Markets and Statements is advantage
  • Microsoft Office Skills – Outlook, Word, Excel
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
This role is on blended work model, with 3 days working on the office and 2 days working remotely.
