About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator Intern to support our communications and outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, design, and using digital media to drive impact. You’ll assist in creating compelling content for our social media platforms, website, newsletters, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, writing, and managing social media presence, including daily monitoring, posting, scheduling, and reporting updates.
- Write clear, engaging captions, blog posts, and short-form content aligned with our voice and mission
- Produce corporate-style and commercial video content, including storyboarding, scripting support, shooting guidance (if needed), and editing.
- Create and edit graphics, photos, and short-form videos for social media, campaigns, and organizational communication.
- Edit video content using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
- Edit and enhance photos (lighting correction, color grading, layout) using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva Pro.
- Support in producing event materials such as event/program fliers, graphics, and other marketing materials
- Help monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics
- Collaborate with the team on new ideas, directions, and tools for marketing and communications.
Selection Criteria:
- Interest in strategic communications, and a strong willingness to learn and explore new things.
- Good knowledge and skill in using creative tools to produce engaging collateral.
- Passionate about creative writing
- Able to express voice and ideas for organization and team growth.
- Able to ideate and brainstorm independently and within the team, and swift to deliver good-quality work.
- Eye for detail with the ability to proofread and edit accordingly.
- Being able to use feedback to improve outcomes is a plus point.
- Possesses excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Having design skills and proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, or similar) is a plus point.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
