About the Role

Join our team as a Content Moderator, where you'll help create a safe and respectful digital space. You’ll review user-generated content across platforms and apply community guidelines to ensure compliance with safety and policy standards.

What You’ll Do

• Review and take action on user content based on set policies
• Identify and escalate sensitive or harmful content appropriately
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency while meeting KPIs
• Protect user privacy and handle data with care
• Participate in ongoing training and updates

Who You Are

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
• Emotionally resilient and capable of handling graphic or sensitive content
• Open to working rotational shifts

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in content moderation or customer service
• Familiarity with social media platforms and community standards
• Awareness of online policies and digital safety

Technical Skills:

• Typing speed: 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard digital tools
