職責與權限
- 負責整體合約管理，包括合約準備、專案估算和招標、監控和控制建造成本、與承包商談判以及其他相關職責。
- 提供工料測量支持，包括成本估算、成本控制和合約估價
- 監控和報告專案預算、費用和變更。
- 協助準備每月進度索賠和付款證明
- 與專案經理、現場團隊和客戶合作解決合約問題。
- 協助完成專案合約的帳目。
- 準備、審查和管理建築合約和分包合約
- 管理階層不時指派的任何其他職務。
- 應徵者必須至少擁有工料測量、建築測量或同等專業的學士學位/研究生文憑/專業學位。
- 至少2-3年建築業工作經驗
- 能夠獨立工作並且具有良好的團隊合作精神。
- 樂觀、友善、樂於助人、積極主動，主動研究問題、分析與解決問題。
- 所需技能：Microsoft Office（MS Word、MS Excel、MS PowerPoint、MS Outlook）。
- 精通英語和馬來語的書寫和口語。
- 高度關注細節。
- 願意出差並擁有自己的交通工具。
- 雪蘭莪州八打靈再也有空缺。
