Job Responsibility
Leadership & Oversight
Lead and oversee the full contract lifecycle â from pre-contracts to post-contracts â ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with company objectives.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to the contracts team in executing daily tasks.
Strategic Budget & Cost Control
Review and approve project budgets, monitor cost control measures, and provide regular updates to management to ensure projects remain within budget.
Analyse subcontractor bids, evaluate costings, and make recommendations for awarding contracts.
Contract Administration
Supervise preparation of contract documents, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts.
Ensure timely certification and payments in line with consultant and client requirements.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Represent the company in site meetings, negotiations, and discussions with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships to safeguard company interests.
Risk Management & Compliance
Identify potential contractual and financial risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure all activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Oversee resolution of disputes, claims, or contractual issues efficiently and fairly.
Continuous Improvement
Drive process improvements in contract management practices.
Take on special projects and ad-hoc assignments from management to support company growth.
