Summary

The Corporate Brand Marketing Executive is a pivotal role in the marketing team, responsible for building, implementing, and managing brand strategies to elevate brand equity and drive customer engagement. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns, event support, and analyze market trends, ensuring that all brand communications are consistent and resonate with the target audience.

Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support
  • Raise Request Forms (RF) for payments, approvals, and marketing-related expenses.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of forms and documents.
  • Assist in budget tracking and updating financial reports for the department.

2. Marketing Activities

  • Support the team in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for project deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and reports.

3. Customer Service

  • Respond to inquiries from internal teams, clients, and external vendors in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide support in resolving issues related to marketing activities or campaigns.

4. Market Research

  • Conduct basic research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights to support brand positioning and strategy development.

5. Event Support

  • Assist in the organization and execution of events and promotional activities.
  • Handle logistics and ensure smooth coordination during events.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
