Corporate Culture Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the organization, planning and effective implementation of various cultural activities of the company
• Responsible for corporate culture publicity: disseminate the corporate cultural activities through various publicity tools and platforms.
• Promote the practice of corporate culture to ensure that employees can truly understand and practice the company's core values.
• Responsible for employer brand building: enhance the employer brand image of the company through various publicity platforms, media and other channels, to ensure that the company obtains lasting visibility and reputation in the society, and ensure high employee satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• University degree, majoring in human resource management, psychology, event planning, etc., with more than 3 years of experience in cultural promotion and event organization
• Strong activity of organization, cross-departmental coordination skills and adaptability
• Skilled in the use of various promotional mediums and tools, including but not limited to Tiktok, Facebook, X, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Xara Designer Pro X, CorelDRAW, etc.
• Outgoing personality with good rapport
• Good Command of English, Malay and Mandarin( Need report to Chinese leader and co-operate with HQ's corporate cuture colleagues in China )
