Job Responsibility
- Involve in all corporate exercises including merger, acquisitions and fund raising undertaken by the Group. Assist in corporate exercise formulation, planning and implementation including fund raising, listing exercise, acquisitions of companies and joint ventures to ensure effective implementation and timely completion.
- Involve and assist in investment project analysis for all potential investments for evaluation and decision-making purposes.
- Undertake due diligence review and assist in structuring the deals for potential acquisition of companies, joint ventures and investment overseas.
- Prepare draft board papers for board's deliberation and decisions making.
- Prepare draft announcement to Bursa Securities Malaysia on corporate reporting and disclosure matters in compliance with Bursa listing requirements.
- Prepare draft reports / statements and overall coordination in the preparation and finalization of groupâs annual report.
- Assist in all aspects of financial reporting requirements including group accounts consolidation and drafting of audited financial reports.
- Involve in corporate planning, corporate affairs and investors relations matters.
- Monitoring and analysis of subsidiary / group performance preparing analytical reports on variances between budget and actual numbers.
- Assist to compile financial information of subsidiary for new banking facilities. Responsible to monitor and submission financial information, insurance policy, audited annual report to bankers at quarterly or annual basis to ensure zero default and in compliance according to the set covenants.
- Coordinate the collation and compilation of information for credit rating review / analysis.
- Review all kind of agreements of the potential investments and highlight the issues in terms of financial and non-financial aspects as well as the implications of the potential investment on the Group.
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance & Investment, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate financial information clearly.
