We’re Hiring: Corporate Strategy Manager (experienced in supporting M&A)

• We are seeking a strategic and experienced Corporate Strategy Manager to support the organisation’s strategic initiatives by driving business process improvements, assisting with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) support and coordinating cross-functional business transformation efforts.
• This role requires a strong understanding of business strategy, operational efficiency and change management to contribute to sustainable growth and innovation - with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
• The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate strategy, market analysis, and deal structuring to drive our growth initiatives effectively.

What You'll Do

Lead the identification and evaluation of potential M&A opportunities.

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integration strategies post-acquisition.

Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic planning.

Monitor industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare detailed financial models and valuation analyses for potential deals.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate strategy or M&A roles.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Proven track record of managing complex projects from conception to execution.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
