Job Responsibility

  • Sell tickets and manage bookings for taxi services.
  • Provide information about taxi services, routes, and pricing.
  • Handle cash and digital payments securely.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient counter area.

Job Requirements

  • Customer service skills: Ability to interact with customers in a helpful, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accurate ticket sales, reservations, and customer records.
  • Communication skills: Clearly communicating policies, pricing, and schedules to customers.
  • Time management: Handling multiple tasks during peak hours, especially in busy environments.
  • Basic math skills: Handling cash, calculating change, and processing transactions accurately.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with ticketing systems, point-of-sale (POS) software, and general computer usage.
