Creative Designer

Job Responsibility

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile in-house Creative Designer to lead the end-to-end creation of digital video content and print design projects with a focus on regional responsibilities. This role involves producing creative content tailored for multiple markets across the region, having a strong understanding of digital media production, including video editing, motion graphics, and storytelling, and having expertise in print design and web content management. The ideal candidate should a passion for creativity, an eye for detail and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

Digital DesignÂ

• Responsible for the video production process, including storyboarding, scripting, filming, editing and final delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualise and develop engaging content tailored for social media, websites and other digital channels.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
• Contribute to developing new creative strategies to elevate the brand's presence.

Print DesignÂ

• Design and develop print material such as brochures, posters, banners and other marketing collateral.
• Liaise with print vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials.

Web Content ManagementÂ

• Manage and maintain website content using CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress and OpenCart or similar).
• Ensure web content aligns with branding and design guidelines.
  
  

Job Requirements

Qualifications and SkillsÂ

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Design Communication (Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Arts, Multimedia or related field)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the design field with proven expertise in video production, print design and CMS-based web content management
• Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Prom After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory and layout design.
• Experience creating content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites and email campaigns
