The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and creativity, with a proven track record in developing visually compelling concepts for both marketing on digital & offline campaigns to provide designs concepts for customization solutions on our BTL channels products.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and designs for customization of premiums gifts, merchandising display, roadshows/events, handling & maintain company website& social media platforms contents creation and postings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver visual impact solutions.
- Create visual assets including graphics, illustrations, layouts.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design projects.
- Diploma or Bachelor in Graphic Design,or related field or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer in an agency or similar environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design concepts.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, and etc).
- Experience in AI tools, 3D software, photography/videography & handling social media would be a plus points.
- Experience in creating content for social media platforms for internal company.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
