Creative Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Creative Manager with a strong design sense and passion for visual storytelling. The role involves leading creative projects, ensuring brand consistency, and developing designs for various mediums like product packaging, digital content, and video.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the creative team, including regional requests.
• Generate and oversee creative design ideas.
• Create designs for print and digital platforms (e.g., packaging, brochures, banners, social media, website).
• Maintain and apply brand identity guidelines across all designs.
• Collaborate with teams to create innovative designs aligned with project goals.
• Apply strong typography, layout, and composition skills to enhance designs.
• Create cohesive visual stories through photography and videography.
• Stay updated on design trends and tools.
• Present and refine designs based on stakeholder feedback.
• Ensure quality and consistency in all design outputs.
  

Required skills and qualifications:

• Creative and innovative design abilities.
• 5+ years of experience with design software (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Team management experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
