Job Responsibility

  • Design eye-catching posters, infographics, packaging labels, and visual assets using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or Figma
  • Edit and produce high-quality short videos optimized for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
  • Maintain visual consistency across marketing campaigns and brand assets
  • Execute subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics when needed
  • Ensure fast turnaround on content required for daily/weekly campaigns
  • File and organize digital assets efficiently in team folders
  • Collaborate closely with marketing officers and creative leads to brainstorm TikTok content ideas, hooks, and editing styles that are relevant to trends
  • Understand and interpret content briefs aligned with brand strategy, consumer behavior, and campaign goals
  • Contribute to A/B testing of visuals for better ad conversion and retention
  • Assist in crafting content calendars and delivering timely design support for campaigns
  • Give constructive input during content reviews and creative discussions
  • Propose fresh design directions and new editing formats based on TikTok algorithm trends and competitor analysis
  • Suggest content frameworks and creative optimizations to boost engagement, watch time, and shareability
  • Help ensure all visual communications uphold branding standards, consumer psychology, and market positioning
  • Stay updated on creative trends in F&B and wellness industries

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in creative design and video editing (preferably in FMCG, lifestyle, or agency background)
  • Portfolio showcasing TikTok or short-form video content and design samples
  • Ability to work onsite or hybrid based on team collaboration needs
  • Good proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written
  • Understanding of social media metrics and how content drives performance is an added advantage
