Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative communicator to join our Corporate Communications team as a Creative & Production Studio Specialist. This role involves developing and executing communication strategies that effectively convey the unique value of CelcomDigi’s business products and services to both employees and external audiences. The ideal candidate will contribute innovative ideas and create engaging communication tools to enhance employee engagement and strengthen CelcomDigi’s culture.

Responsibilities

  • Creative Design: Develop visually appealing designs for various communication materials including posters, Workplace posts, banners, visuals for info TVs, and more.
  • Video Production: Handle end-to-end video production, from storyboarding and shooting to editing and post-production.
  • Event Production: Provide audio-visual and live streaming support for internal events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand content requirements and deliver relevant multimedia solutions.
  • Internal Channel Management: Oversee and update internal communication channels, such as internal info TVs and screensavers, ensuring content is current and engaging.
  • Note: This list is not exhaustive. Additional creative tasks and projects may be assigned as required.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma in Arts, Media, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in advertising, media, or technology industries with a focus on multimedia roles.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in digital design with a strong foundation in video and audio editing, storyboarding, motion graphics, and photography.
    • Intermediate experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and live streaming technologies.
    • Experience in After Effects is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
    • Flexible and level-headed, especially under pressure and tight deadlines.
    • Strong communication skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • A self-starter with a creative mindset, not afraid to take risks and try new approaches.
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and engage with individuals across different levels and cultures.
  • Additional Requirements: Preferably possess a valid driving license and own transport.
