Job Responsibilities:

  1. To handle & assist on staff enquiries for Credit & Administration tasks.
  2. To prepare or compile reports required by management.
  3. To sign Reminders and Confirmation on Differential Sum Settled letter for all Projects.
  4. To witness on legal documents such as Deed of Mutual Covenants, Supplemental Car Park Agreement, Loan Documents, etc.
  5. Respond positively and professionally to customers’ queries and work closely with other departments to resolve issues within the stipulated deadline.
  6. To liaise closely with other departments in regards to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System.
  7. To handle Credit Administration function relating to on-going, under construction projects and completed projects.
  8. To arrange and allocate car parks for Project assigned and solved car parks problems (if any).
  9. To handle loan arrangements, documentations, progress billings, credit control and all matters pertaining to Credit Administration.
  10. To ensure progressive payment are promptly collected within the agreed payment terms.
  11. To monitor timely delivery of invoices, statements and reminder letters to purchasers.
  12. To apply Blanket Approval (Blanket Consent) and Batal & Ganti for the same.
  13. To handle electricity & water supply application.
  14. To verify & process the Complimentary Sports & Leisure and/or Golf Membership awarded to houses’ buyers.
  15. To handle MOT signing for title issued properties.
  16. To prepare memorandum for approval (interest waiver, rebates, extra discounts, extension time for signing, membership).
  17. To handle subsale confirmation, undertaking, signing of Deed of Mutual Covenants (DMC).
  18. To update all relevant details communicated with debtors for future reference and handle VP, sub-sales, refinancing and etc.
  19. To handle general enquiries for all Projects in company.

Job Requirement:

  • Possess Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business Studies or Business Administration
  • At least 7 years of working experience preferably in sales admin/credit admin/conveyancing or related field in property development industry.
  • Knowledge of Sales Administration and MHW Road Runner software, MSOffice applications.
  • Pleasant personality, independent, hardworking and energetic person with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays and willing to work on rotation basis and perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
