Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities

Credit Analysis & Collections Management

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of clients’ financial statements to assess creditworthiness and recommend credit limits
  • Oversee the collection of outstanding debts, ensuring timely payments and managing delinquent accounts
  • Evaluate and mitigate credit risks to minimize financial losses.
  • Drive low receivables overdue and working capital opportunities


  • Technical support

    • Provide technical support and guidance on related sales distribution modules and credit/collections module eg FSCM

    Process Improvement

    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in receivables, credit and collections operations
    • Analysis and reporting to drive information and initiative for improvement

    Training and Mentoring

    • Train and mentor junior analysts and other team members on best practices and technical tools

    Essential Requirements

    In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

    • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
    • Experience: Typically, 5+ years in order to cash, with experience in a technical role. FMCG commercial experience is advantageous
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills
    • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
