  • ensure timely payment from members
  • dealing with queries in timely and professional manner
  • following up closely with member and sales personnel on payment
  • liaise with insurance company, sales personnel on documentation, payment and status update
  • keying and updating information in system
  • handle cancellation and refund cases

  • Minimum qualification of diploma
  • Minimum 2 years or related working experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Detail-oriented
  • Responsible, independent & proactive
  • Ensure all the information are accurate and up to date
  • Able to complete tasks within timeline given
