- 組織、協調、監控及控制公司應收帳款總額
- 監督信用控制團隊在滿足AR 目標KPI 的表現。
- 監督和監督提醒的準確準備、處理、檢查和發送
- 監督和監督全國分行支援服務和信貸控制活動。
- 監督服務台和客戶關係支援職能。
- 處理內部/外部客戶的詢問和投訴。
- 及時向AR 團隊提交付款分配。
- 監督、監督和協調信用控制流程變更和文件控制
- 必要時執行信用控制中的其他相關職能。
