Job Responsibility
- To handle accounts receivables.
- Liaise with engineers for preparing all assigned project progress claim on hand on monthly basis.
- Ensure all claims/COW secondment are up to date and follow through the claims constantly.
- Follow through all invoicing and payment process according to internal SOP.
- Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing.
- Any other tasks assigned by Head of Credit Control as and when required.
- At least 2-3 yearsâ experience in construction credit control field
- Good command in English.
- Must be a team player
- Willingness to work under pressure.
- MS Office particularly MS Excel proficient
- Knowledge in Accounting software is an added advantage
