Job Responsibility

  • To handle accounts receivables.
  • Liaise with engineers for preparing all assigned project progress claim on hand on monthly basis.
  • Ensure all claims/COW secondment are up to date and follow through the claims constantly.
  • Follow through all invoicing and payment process according to internal SOP.
  • Handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Head of Credit Control as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2-3 yearsâ experience in construction credit control field
  • Good command in English.
  • Must be a team player
  • Willingness to work under pressure.
  • MS Office particularly MS Excel proficient
  • Knowledge in Accounting software is an added advantage
