Position summary: Reporting to the Credit Control Manager. Agent scope focus on managing a portfolio of Receivable & Payable Accounts, and ensuring Aged Balances remain within the set business targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow up on and collect payments of outstanding balance.
  • Review Accounts Receivable Aging to ensure compliance to set KPI’s.
  • Initiate contact with customers over the phone to collect outstanding payment.
  • Communicate with customers, agents, vendors and internal staffs toward the objective of each function.
  • Reconcile our account position against agents' & finalizing settlement negotiations.
  • Reconcile customer and vendor statements, to research and correct discrepancies.
  • Issue Credit and Debit Journals

Perform Other General Tasks Below

  • Prepare scheduled / ad hoc financial analysis reports
  • Response to related queries
  • Co-operate / support internal audit and process development
  • SLA guided in terms of accuracy and timeliness
  • Accept and meet KPIs for individual tasks as well as team duties

Qualifications

  • Academic Diploma in Finance or partial Professional Certificate or equivalent with no experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong computer literacy including but not limited to using excel and pivot tables
  • Good English skills - speaking, reading & writing.
