Job Summary
  • Execute retail/outlet sales activities to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.


General Responsibilities
  • Support superior in managing day-to-day operating of retail outlet to ensure efficient usage of resources
  • Bake cookies and muffins.
  • Ensure cookies bin is always full and clean.
  • Ensure consistency in housekeeping of the outlet
  • Ensure merchandise area clean and tidy.
  • Assist in wrapping of gift items.
  • Assist in product display.
  • Assist in customer service.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by immediate manager


Functional Skills And Knowledge
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge in the management of retail operations
  • Able to work shifts, public holidays and weekends.
  • Good working attitude and pleasant disposition.
  • School leavers are encouraged to apply as training will be provided


Education

Candidate must possess PMR or SPM.
