We are seeking a skilled Civil & Structures Manager to lead and coordinate all structural and civil works across fast-paced infrastructure projects. This role is essential to ensuring design integrity, site safety, quality control, and seamless delivery from early works to final handover. You will work closely with the Project Manager, planner, and site teams to drive execution excellence and technical compliance. This is a contract role with a duration of 14 months.

The Opportunity
- Oversee and coordinate all civil and structural design activities and ensure effective site execution.
- Supervise daily site works, ensuring alignment with Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), EHS standards, and DOSH regulations.
- Liaise with stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and the internal delivery team to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor progress and quality, implement risk assessments, and ensure timely delivery of both temporary and permanent works.
- Lead and mentor site staff, including Clerks of Works, and coordinate with the project planner to align on schedules and milestones.

Is this role right for you?
- Proven experience in civil and structural management on fast-track construction projects.
- In-depth understanding of EHS compliance, risk management, and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., DOSH).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multidisciplinary site teams under pressure.
- Excellent coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication capabilities.
- A commitment to quality, safety, and structured project delivery from infrastructure to completion.
