Customer Care Executive

Job Description

This role will be part of the Customer Care team, responsible for sales, order administration and shipping liaison.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Order administration functions
• Handle sales orders processing, monitor and coordinate delivery with internal functional team
• Resolve all sales order discrepancies within department internally
• Maintain compliances to trade, terms and conditions policies
• Perform all tasks associated with proper and timely administration of open orders to meet contract obligations
• Follow up on orders’ delivery shipment schedules and act as liaison person with internal functional teams and customers to assure timely and efficient administration of orders
• Execute internal process and audit requirements as required from Corporate

• A team player with positive attitude and a sense of urgency on priorities
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision
  
  

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Familiar with business contract execution process and related elements
• Experience with business operation system (Oracle) will be an added advantage
• Good communications and negotiation skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
