Customer Relationship Manager

職位：行銷主管部門：銷售與行銷職責研究並進行市場調查，收集有關植物營養素的資訊/事實，以幫助編寫產品技術文件和文獻。負責提出、討論並制定管理層指派的各項行銷活動，以支援銷售團隊。協助進行各種業務發展項目，包括專案啟動。負責執行廣告宣傳活動，並為銷售團隊協調展覽/會議事宜。撰寫和協調新聞稿，以強化企業形象。負責編寫銷售手冊、產品規格、產品技術說明以及有關植物營養素產品益處的文獻資料。負責與供應商聯絡，安排行銷資料的印刷和交付事宜。負責公司及產品網站和社群媒體的開發和更新。在所有社群媒體平台上回覆客戶的初步諮詢。執行上級指派的臨時任務。要求行銷、工商管理、食品科學/營養、化學/科學或相關領域的學士學位 - 最好對營養保健品/配料/製造有一定的了解。最好有至少 2 年製造業、營養保健品或類似產業的行銷經驗。具備開發和執行行銷活動、製作行銷材料、與跨職能團隊聯絡的經驗。優秀的書面和口頭溝通能力：能夠撰寫技術行銷內容，向內部和外部利害關係人進行演示，與技術和商業受眾合作。需要具備英語、馬來語和普通話（口語和書面）能力，以便與本地和海外客戶、供應商和利益相關者進行有效溝通。該職位的工作地點位於霹靂州切莫爾（靠近克勒邦，距離怡保約 30 分鐘車程）。Interested candidates please submit your application through Jobstore
