岗位职责:
- 负责回应客户的各类咨询,解决客户疑虑,并提供有关产品和服务的详细信息
- 负责管理并维护公司产品销售系统,确保系统的稳定运行,并为售后服务提供支持和保障
- 负责协调和管理客户的货物运输事宜,确保物流过程顺畅高效
- 协助处理直属上司指派的临时任务,确保任务高质量完成
- 协助直属上司开展各类项目工作,包括进行深入研究、数据整理和报告编写等
- 执行其他行政管理及支持工作,以全面支持直属上司和组织的运营需求
任职条件:
- 欢迎Diploma文凭或应届毕业生申请
- 愿意学习并积极承担各种任务,力求在完成任务的同时发掘自身的能力与潜力
- 良好的时间管理,确保能够在限时内完成直属上司给予的任务
- 精通于Microsoft Office Suite(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)
- 拥有基本文案撰写能力
- 精通于华文沟通与撰写
Job Description:
•Act as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about products and services
•Custodian of company product selling system to ensure well-operation and after sales service assistance
•To handle and co-ordinate on customer shipments
•Assist in ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior
•Assist the immediate superior with various projects, including research, data sorting, and report preparation
•Perform other administrative and support duties as required to assist the immediate superior and the organisation.
Requirement:
- Diploma holder or fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Willing to learn and eager to take on different types of tasks to explore and discover your own abilities and potential
- Excellent time-management skills, ensuring tasks are completed by the deadlines set by your immediate superior
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- To possess basic copywriting skills
- Proficient in Chinese language
