Job Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Assist customers with order placement using magento CMS platform, product inquiries, and order-related issues.
- Provide optimal suggestions to customers to purchase other relevant products that would be beneficial to customers and (or) enjoy maximum benefit of any ongoing campaigns and promotions in TWS website.
- Provide guidance on payment processes and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Reach out to customers for payment clarifications, exchanges, and refunds.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while addressing customer inquiries.
- Process orders in Magento and ensure accurate delivery of payment links to customers.
- Handle inquiries regarding order status, amendments, cancellations, and returns.
- Clarify product details, warranty information, and usage instructions for customers.
- Liaise with merchants to obtain accurate product information when needed.
- Build rapport with customers and identify upselling opportunities during interactions.
- Meet or exceed upsell targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates, possess minimum SPM, Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any field.
- Experience in managing Live chats, emails, inbound & outbound calls.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English & Mandarin as the role requires to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
- Demonstrated ability in business writing and strong typing skills.
- Excellent communication skills in email, face-to-face conversations, and messenger discussions.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to adapt to changes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated teamwork and sales acumen, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Willingness to work flexible (24/7) shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Passion for assisting customers and effectively promoting ongoing promotions on the TWS website (https://wondershop.sg/) and Mediacorp's promotion mechanics to drive sales.
