Job Responsibilities

Billing & Documentation

• Generate invoices for airfreight shipments (export and import) in accordance with contractual terms and shipment documentation.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of billing data including AWB, airline charges, customs declarations, CFS, terminal handling, and any value-added services.
• Handling inbound / outbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and chat.
• Prepare billing to Local Customer and Overseas Agent.
• Internal Coordination with shipper or Consignee for Shipment Arrangement.
• Posting Billing Sales and Costing in System.
