- 根據合約條款和裝運文件產生空運貨物（出口和進口）的發票。
- 確保帳單資料的完整性和準確性，包括 AWB、航空費用、海關申報、CFS、終端處理和任何增值服務。
- 透過電話、電子郵件和聊天處理來電/去電客戶的詢問和請求。
- 準備向本地客戶和海外代理商開立帳單。
- 與托運人或收貨人進行內部協調以安排裝運。
- 在系統中發布帳單銷售和成本。
