Job Duties & Job Descriptions:
- We are seeking candidates proficient in mandarin to effectively communicate with mandarin speaking clients.
- To responsible for receiving orders and servicing the company's customers;
- To receive and process orders from customers and arranging for deliveries;
- To liase with logistics departments to ensure smooth delivery;
- To assist in performing stock counting as required time framed;
- To update stock list & generate monthly sales reports;
- To assist in maintaining all ISO related matters;
- To prepare quotations;
- To follow-up on customers payment collections,quotations,credit limit monitoring;
- To arrange for all related documents and/or procedures for export shipments.
