Job Description – Customer Service Assistance The Case Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating and arranging transport plans for patients through liaising with various stakeholders, such as the patient's family members, doctors, hospitals, and the aviation teams. The Case Coordinator is expected to facilitate the smooth execution of a case by performing a range of operational and administrative duties.

What Is Your Role

  • Coordinate and oversee aeromedical transport cases independently from start to end.
  • Handle requests for assistance (phone calls and emails) promptly. Responsive with accurate feedbacks and ability to conduct clear communication and good listening skill
  • Be the first point of contact for our clients who require medical or travel assistance.
  • Be responsible for your allocated cases within the working hours and be responsible in managing the task.
  • Able to coordinate and access medical claims proactively, report analysis and offer recommendation on the eligibility of claim for the continuation or completion of the service delivery.
  • Go the extra miles based on the company’s standard. Provide excellent service and product knowledge in building skills.
  • Able to multi-task and support other departments. Teamwork mentality.
  • Greet every customer with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Perform 3 important qualities: - Professionalism, patience and ‘people-first attitude.


What Do You Need To Have For This Role

  • Work 8 hours shift (Day/Night) with 1 hour break. 45hr a week (including breaks)
  • Experience in a call centre environment and/or medical claims adjudication.
  • Be part of our 24/7 medical operations team (Ability to commit shift work)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and/or Cantonese would be an added advantage
  • Must have own transport
  • Minimum SPM or Equivalent
  • Ability to commit shift work and willing to be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
