Job Responsibility

  • Providing customer service and clerical support to the CS and Admin department
  • Manage phone calls and email enquiries.
  • Able to handle job loads for data input to ensure all data entries are properly keyed in
  • Coordinate with service centers on service claim, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: SPM/ Diploma Holder with 1-2 years of related working experience
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.
  • Willing to learn and initiative-taking.
  • Able to join immediately or at short notice.
