Your role

This position is responsible for maximizing the end-to-end service rate to customers at the lowest possible cost. Optimizing sourcing effectiveness by coordinating their flows and deliveries. Aligning all supply chain functions in their priorities to optimize service/cost performance, solve operational issues and anticipate alerts supply chain helpdesk.

  • AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES

BOLON & MOLSION

  • After-sales Service Support – Liaise with customer / supplier, manage warranty claims, new stock defective return and photo taking for Bolon & Molsion.
  • Sales Support – process customer order into Artgri system and prepare the order form for customer by weekly basis.
  • Shipment Support – Arrange shipment from warehouse to KLDC & last mile to customer door.
  • Billing Support – Local billing and CN process
  • Master Data Maintenance – Maintained SKU master Data for new collection. Preparing file for NPI team to create OPC code and prepare pricing for Finance to maintain price.
  • Marketing Support – Place order for marketing tools as per requested by commercial team / Customer.
  • Ordering Management - Monitor back order and decide on the shipment release by liaise with internal & External.
  • Inventory Management – Monitor local inventory level and involve in discussion for local storage assortment.
  • Sample Management – Manage the sample order for the reps

Mirraflex

  • Order Management- Manage order submit by internal & External via MYEL/Monitor the back order and product EtA/RDD.
  • Allocation & Shipment Management – Assure commercial to place order in the right timing to capture the allocation and shipment.
  • Assortment List/Catalogue – Provide assortment detail to TM & commercial on each collection or whenever request.
  • Pricing Management – Provide MY pricelist to commercial / customer whenever request.
  • NETWORK OF INTERACTION

INTERNAL Commercial, Finance, Corporate IT, LHKS/Italy customer service, Supplier, Local warehouse team

EXTERNAL Customer, Courier Company (DHL/Gdex/Yamato)

Technical Skills - Portrait Of a Perfect Candidate

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support role would be advantage else fresh grad are welcome as well
  • Strong problem-solving skills, phone, and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with SAP & CRM systems and practice
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel / Words/ Power Point)
  • CANDIDATE PROFILE

Educational Background Educational Background Diploma or above

  • LANGUAGES

English – Write, Read, and speak.

Malay - Write, Read, and speak.

Mandarin – if can either write, read or speak, would be advantage
