We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly.
- Identify and assess customer needs, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through interactive communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance targets.
- Generate Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
- Follow up on orders, schedule orders, track back orders, and manage collections.
- Support sales personnel by issuing quotations, proforma invoices, and processing & monitoring orders.
- Track ETA dates, monitor outstanding sales orders, and provide updates to salespersons and customers.
- Ensure all orders are processed timely according to company procedures.
- Coordinate delivery arrangements.
- Education: Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelorâs Degree in any field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Able to speak in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
