Customer Service Executive

As The Customer Service Executive, You Are Responsible To

• Handle shipment booking, quotations, rates enquiries, billing and closing of jobs
• Maintain client records and follow up emails with the clients, overseas agents, and shippers.
• Monitor incoming shipments from receiving the pre-alert from overseas agents.
• Prepare the necessary documents for custom clearance process.
• Monitor and update the custom clearance process to the consignee, shipper or overseas agent until the shipment is released and sent to the consignee’s address.
• Act as a liaison between the client and other departments to ensure efficient service levels are delivered to the clients.
• Ensure that all customers’ queries are well investigated and resolved.
• Handle office administration such as customer service reports and all documents and files are completed smoothly.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in logistics, supply chain or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Have good knowledge in air and sea freight forwarding.
• Good understanding of the import flow and government regulations.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Good command of spoken and written English and local languages.
