Job Responsibility
- Customer Support: Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat about products such as provide accurate information about channel packages, promotions, and service availability.
- Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Managing and resolving customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Guide customers through basic steps and escalate complex issues to technical teams.
- Must-have: SPM or Fresh Graduate welcome.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
- Good communication skill.
- Strong curiosity & desire to learn.
- Able relocate work in Petaling Jaya Area.
- Willing to work in rotational shift (between 8am till 9pm) 9 hour/shift.
- Annual Leave
