Job Responsibility

  • Customer Support: Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat about products such as provide accurate information about channel packages, promotions, and service availability.
  • Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Managing and resolving customer complaints by offering appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Guide customers through basic steps and escalate complex issues to technical teams.

Job Requirements

  • Must-have: SPM or Fresh Graduate welcome.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Strong curiosity & desire to learn.
  • Able relocate work in Petaling Jaya Area.
  • Willing to work in rotational shift (between 8am till 9pm) 9 hour/shift.
