- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Assist Chinese-speaking customers in resolving issues and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, sales, technical support) to ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Translate documents or communication materials between English and Chinese when needed.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports.
- Uphold company standards and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
