Job Responsibility
- To respond to queries from customers (members) who have acquired RWCâs products and services (including feedback, appointment queries and complaints according to the standard operating procedures set by RWC).
- To provide customers with product and service information.
- To support via voice (calls).
- To key in booking information of customers in RWCâs booking system.
- Good communication Skills.
- Ability to communicate in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Can commence to work immediately.
- RM2,500 to RM3,000 (if can speak Cantonese will be up to RM3,500) + RM200 attendance allowance + RM200 language allowance
- Training Provided
