    What Youâll Do
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, phone, and email with professionalism and efficiency
- Actively listen and resolve concerns, ensuring positive experiences
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
- Share product and service recommendations tailored to customer needs
- Collect feedback to help improve services and processes
- Support with administrative tasks as assigned
    What Weâre Looking For
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Malay, and English
- 1+ year experience in customer service (or related field)
- Strong communication & multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and digital platforms
- Willing to work rotational shifts (including weekends/public holidays)
- Work Schedule & Location
- Morning shift: 6am â 3pm (WFH)
- Noon shift: 10am â 7pm (Office @ The Zizz, Damansara Damai, PJ)
- (Next to Damansara Damai MRT Station)
