The main mission is to develop contract management system (handling, policies, bookkeeping and price changes) and ensure commercial adoption to meet business obligations and compliance to legal, regulatory or any statutory requirements. The incumbent would also involve in day-to-day customer operational activity and drive CS special projects for management exposure.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Contract & Account Management - Management System & Billing Construct Contract Management SOP, lead half-yearly price update exercise (price variation formula) for contract customers, ensures Minimum Take or Pay (MTOP) is being billed accurately, coordinate and collaborate with Commercial and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate contract terms and pricing structures, and reduce billing errors
- Contract & Account Management - Bookkeeping Assist in maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of customer contract records, track and support contract lifecycles, coordinate and collaborate with Commercial and Customer Service teams to ensure accurate contract terms and pricing structures, identify contract risk and propose mitigation measures, and assist in investigating customer disputes related to contracts, pricing, and billing discrepancies
- Customer Experience & Digital Adoption Projects Assist in gathering customer feedback and identifying service improvement areas, support initiatives to increase myGAS portal adoption among new and existing customers, assist in special projects or initiatives , and work closely with sales, operations, quality and IT teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Customer Support & Inquiry Handling Handle customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and confidently, assist in troubleshooting basic customer issues and escalating complex cases, and ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions to customer concerns
- Administrative & Invoice Processing Ensure timely and accurate submission of invoices in SAP systems and coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve any invoice discrepancies
- An undergraduate student in the last semester from Business Administration, Business Communication, Logistic or other related disciplines
- Able to complete a 6-months internship program
- Proactive and have a good social skills; to deal with various stakeholders
- Well organized and have a good time management; to deal with contracts management
- Excellent communication skills
