Qualifications & experience

  • 1 year working experience.
  • Degree in any field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin & English is a must.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or social media, providing accurate information about products and services, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow-up and Customer Relations: Follow up with customers post-purchase to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, maintaining records, filing, and managing schedules or appointments.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams: Communicate and coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless customer experiences and to address any issues that arise.
