About This Job
- We are MindfulBear, a specialist child counselling centre.
- Sun-Thur (5-day week). 10am-7pm on Weekdays, 9am-6pm on Sunday.
- Fully remote position.
Job Scope
- Contact new leads to schedule counselling appointments.
- No cold calling — only warm leads from our website.
- Follow up with leads to schedule counselling appointments.
- Manage counsellor schedules and confirm client appointments.
- Continuously find ways to improve lead conversion and attendance.
Requirements
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, appointment setting or customer service.
- Own a desktop computer and a spare mobile phone (SIM card will be provided).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Mandarin speaking is a plus.
