- Be high attentive to respond customer inquiries, issues and concern to maintaining trust and satisfaction
- Maintain friendly and understanding conversation with customers to building rapport to improve customer satisfaction
- Customer centrist mindset to place the customer’s needs and satisfaction at the forefront of every interaction
- Collaborate with related departments like e-commerce and product team to improve customer experience
- Strive for win-win solutions that not only resolve customer issues effectively but also align with the company's goals and values.
- Constant look out and identifying opportunities for enhancing the structure and improve performance of customer services team
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, in Communication, Public Relation or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer services, sales or related roles.
- Demonstrates a high degree of communication skill
- Preferred with related industry experience
