Job Scope
- Able to handle walk in customers by providing accurate, efficient, and quality service that meets the expectations of the company and the general industry and market
- Assist customer their enquiries Face-to-face, also upselling the products
- Identify cause of problems and recommend solutions
- 9:30AM - 10:30AM
- 12 working hours daily in rotational shift basis
- 4 working days weekly in rotational shift basis
- Able to start immediately
- Min. STPM/Diploma holders (fresh graduates) are also encouraged to apply
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia (read, written, and spoken)
- Mandarin speaker is added advantage
- Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office applications,
- Pass pre-phone interview
Remuneration Package:
- Salary range: RM3000++
- Basic salary: RM2,150.00 (Fixed) / RM2,350.00 (Fixed)
- Commission
- Shift allowance (depends on working shift)
- OT allowance (If applicable)
- Annual Increment (Based on performance) Location:
- Sunway Pyramid, Bandar Sunway Petaling Jaya
- Accessible to BRT Sunway Pyramid
