- Provide accurate information and resolve issues via email and calls.
- Assist passengers with bookings, flight changes, baggage claims, and more.
- Deliver world-class service with patience, empathy, and enthusiasm to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
Who Weâre Looking For:Â
- Candidate must possess at least SPM (Pass).
- Proficient in **Bahasa Malaysia and English** (both spoken & written).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic airline environment.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and team spirit.
- Able to work in 24 hours rotation shift.
