Position: Customer Service Specialist (Mandarin Speaking


  • Work From Home until March 2026 (tentative) — you’ll later report to our Johor office
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (rotational shifts, 9.5 hours/day, 5 days/week)
  • Salary: Up to RM3,500
  • Scope: Live chat, inbound calls & email support
  • Minimum qualification: SPM level
